Terms & Conditions

Applicability, acceptance & commercial relationships

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of this website and, where applicable, content, recommendations, affiliate links, promotional codes, product references, reviews, social-media content, commercial inquiries, UGC services, brand collaborations, sponsorships, and other activities associated with Emily Bromberg, Saabi & Bruno.

For purposes of these Terms, "Content" includes, without limitation, photographs, videos, reels, stories, captions, written materials, reviews, testimonials, recommendations, opinions, links, product demonstrations, lifestyle content, pet content, wellness content, and other materials published or distributed by Emily Bromberg.

These Terms are intended to apply to viewers, visitors, followers, consumers, potential clients, brands, agencies, advertisers, sponsors, and other persons interacting with the website or applicable Content to the extent relevant to their relationship with Emily.

2. Website content is primarily entertainment & personal experience

This website and the associated Saabi & Bruno content are primarily entertainment, lifestyle, personal-experience, informational, and commercial-content platforms.

Nothing appearing on the website or associated social-media accounts constitutes individualized:

  • medical advice;
  • veterinary advice;
  • nutritional advice;
  • behavioral advice;
  • training advice;
  • legal advice;
  • financial advice;
  • health consulting;
  • professional consulting; or
  • any other regulated or individualized professional service.

Content should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed or qualified professional.

3. Pet owners remain responsible for their own pets

Every animal is different. The fact that Saabi or Bruno use, consume, wear, interact with, enjoy, or are shown beside a product does not establish that the same product is appropriate, safe, effective, comfortable, or suitable for another animal.

Pet owners remain responsible for evaluating products for their own animals. Where a decision may affect an animal's health, nutrition, medication, allergies, physical condition, behavior, or wellbeing, owners should consult their own veterinarian or other appropriately qualified professional. Social-media content involving Saabi & Bruno is not veterinary advice.

4. Health, wellness & supplement content

From time to time, Emily may discuss or depict products, services, routines, experiences, supplements, wellness providers, fitness services, clinics, beauty services, or other health-adjacent topics. Such content describes Emily's own experience unless expressly stated otherwise. Emily does not provide individualized healthcare through this website or her social-media content.

A statement describing Emily's experience with a wellness product or service should not be interpreted as: a medical recommendation; a diagnosis; a prescription; a treatment recommendation; a guarantee of safety; a guarantee of efficacy; a representation that another person will obtain the same result; or an instruction to begin, discontinue, replace, or modify professional medical care.

Individuals considering health or wellness products or services remain responsible for evaluating their own circumstances and consulting appropriately qualified healthcare professionals where appropriate. A personal testimonial is a description of an individual experience—not clinical evidence or a guaranteed result.

5. Third-party products & services

Emily may independently purchase, use, test, visit, experience, discuss, photograph, film, link to, review, recommend, criticize, or otherwise reference third-party products and services. These may include pet products, consumer goods, apps, subscriptions, travel services, hotels, restaurants, beauty products, fitness services, wellness products, supplements, clinics, professional services, and other businesses. A third-party product or business appearing in Content does not, by itself, establish a commercial relationship. Where a material commercial relationship exists and disclosure is required, the applicable relationship will be disclosed in connection with the relevant endorsement.

6. Personal experience does not create a warranty

Any recommendation, opinion, testimonial, review, demonstration, reaction, or product feature reflects only the experience actually being described or depicted at the relevant time. Emily does not guarantee that: another consumer will have the same experience; another pet will have the same experience; a product will work for everyone; a service will perform identically for everyone; future versions of a product will remain unchanged; every unit or batch will be identical; every location operated by a company will provide the same experience; or a company will continue to operate in the same manner.

An experience is an experience. It is not a warranty.

7. No independent certification of third parties

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Emily does not represent that she has independently audited, inspected, laboratory-tested, investigated, certified, or verified every aspect of a company or product appearing in Content. Using or recommending a product does not mean Emily has independently verified: manufacturing facilities; sourcing; supply chains; every ingredient; every product batch; regulatory filings; every marketing claim; every employee; every contractor; every professional credential; every consumer complaint; every location; every company policy; or every past or future activity of the company. A positive personal experience does not amount to certification of the business behind the experience.

8. Affiliate links & commissions

Some Content may contain affiliate links, referral links, promotional codes, or other commission-based links. Emily may receive compensation when a qualifying transaction occurs through such a link or code. Receiving an affiliate commission does not make Emily the: manufacturer; seller; retailer; distributor; service provider; healthcare provider; product guarantor; insurer; fulfillment provider; or operator of the third-party business. The consumer's transaction is with the applicable third party. Any questions or disputes concerning shipping, fulfillment, returns, refunds, warranties, product defects, subscriptions, customer service, professional services, or other transactional matters should be directed to the responsible third-party provider.

9. Sponsored, paid & gifted content

Emily may receive money, products, discounts, services, affiliate commissions, referral compensation, sponsorship fees, UGC fees, licensing fees, or other benefits in connection with certain Content. Where applicable, material relationships will be disclosed in connection with the applicable endorsement. Payment does not transfer responsibility for the Client's company, products, services, employees, manufacturing, professional activities, business practices, or future conduct to Emily.

10. Commercial collaboration is not assumption of corporate liability

Emily may genuinely like a product. Saabi or Bruno may genuinely enjoy a product. Emily may recommend that product. Emily may receive an affiliate commission. Emily may accept a free product. Emily may be hired and paid by the company. None of those circumstances, individually or collectively, makes Emily responsible for the company's: manufacturing; formulation; product safety; sourcing; labeling; regulatory compliance; shipping; fulfillment; customer service; refunds; warranties; professional services; employees; contractors; cybersecurity; privacy practices; corporate decisions; business practices; public statements; ownership; future conduct; or other activities outside Emily's control. Collaboration is not assumption of somebody else's liabilities.

11. No corporate endorsement by association

A product or company appearing in Content should not be interpreted as evidence that Emily endorses every product, policy, statement, employee, officer, investor, supplier, contractor, affiliate, business decision, political position, social position, past activity, or future activity associated with that company. A commercial engagement is limited to the actual engagement. It is not an adoption of the third party's entire corporate identity.

12. Products & companies may change

Third-party products, services, ownership, formulas, ingredients, materials, personnel, prices, policies, quality controls, professional practices, or other characteristics may change after Content is created. Emily does not undertake an obligation to continuously retest, reinvestigate, or update every product, company, service, or provider ever mentioned. Historical Content reflects circumstances and experiences existing at the relevant time. The continued availability of historical Content does not necessarily constitute a current or continuing endorsement.

13. Viewer due diligence

Viewers are responsible for exercising their own judgment before purchasing, using, consuming, applying, administering, or otherwise relying upon third-party products or services. Where relevant, viewers should review current: product information; ingredients; warnings; instructions; contraindications; sizing information; safety information; warranties; refund policies; professional qualifications; manufacturer guidance; and recall information. For health-related decisions, viewers should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. For pet health-related decisions, viewers should consult their veterinarian.

14. Third-party websites

Links may direct visitors to websites, apps, stores, marketplaces, clinics, service providers, booking platforms, or other online properties operated independently of Emily. Emily does not control those third-party properties. Their own terms, privacy policies, warranties, refund policies, professional obligations, subscription terms, and other rules govern interactions and transactions conducted through them. Emily is not responsible for the independent content, security, functionality, availability, conduct, privacy practices, or business practices of third-party websites or services.

15. No seller or professional-provider relationship

Unless expressly identified otherwise, Emily does not become the seller or provider of a third-party product or service because she links to, discusses, reviews, demonstrates, recommends, or promotes it. Likewise, mentioning or recommending a veterinarian, clinic, wellness provider, professional, hotel, restaurant, business, app, or other service does not make Emily responsible for the services independently provided by that third party. Any professional or commercial relationship created after a visitor contacts a third-party provider exists between the visitor and that provider.

16. Animal welfare

Saabi and Bruno's health, safety, comfort, and willingness to participate take precedence over every commercial objective. No brand, advertiser, sponsor, campaign, affiliate commission, deadline, photograph, video, requested shot, or payment has the right to override Emily's judgment concerning her animals. Saabi and Bruno will not knowingly be forced, frightened, punished, distressed, intimidated, deprived, or unnecessarily placed in danger for the purpose of producing Content. Emily may immediately modify, stop, postpone, or refuse any activity she considers inappropriate for either Pet. Animals are not programmable performers, and specific expressions, movements, reactions, poses, timing, appetite, enthusiasm, or behavior cannot be guaranteed.

17. Content created for brands

Emily may provide UGC, sponsored Content, advertising Content, photography, video, appearances, or other creative services to third-party brands. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creating Content for a Client does not make Emily an employee, partner, owner, officer, adviser, joint venturer, manufacturer, distributor, or general agent of that Client.

18. Brand-supplied claims

Brands commissioning Content remain responsible for the accuracy, substantiation, legality, and regulatory compliance of product claims, scripts, statistics, comparative claims, certifications, scientific claims, health claims, environmental claims, performance claims, and other factual representations supplied by them. Emily reserves the right to refuse a statement or instruction she reasonably considers false, misleading, unsupported, inappropriate, or inconsistent with her actual experience. Commercial compensation does not purchase a fabricated testimonial.

19. Brand responsibility for products

A Client supplying a product for Content remains responsible for matters within its control, including, as applicable: design; manufacturing; formulation; ingredients; testing; labeling; warnings; regulatory compliance; product claims; recalls; distribution; and sale. Emily's willingness to photograph, film, use, review, or promote a product does not constitute independent certification of that product.

20. Commercial inquiries through this website

Brands, agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and other commercial parties may use this website to inquire about or request services from Emily. Submitting an inquiry alone does not obligate either party to enter into a commercial engagement. Where a commercial party affirmatively accepts a proposal, statement of work, booking, invoice, order, or agreement that incorporates these Terms, these Terms form part of that commercial relationship. Specific commercial terms concerning deliverables, compensation, deadlines, licensing, usage rights, exclusivity, revisions, and other campaign requirements may be stated in a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement.

21. Relationship with separate brand contracts

These website Terms do not silently rewrite a separately negotiated and executed agreement. Where Emily and a Client enter into a separate written contract, the documents should be interpreted together to the extent reasonably possible. If a separate agreement expressly states that a particular provision overrides these Terms, that expressly negotiated provision may control with respect to that specific commercial engagement. However, where a proposal, booking form, statement of work, invoice, or commercial agreement expressly incorporates these Website Terms, the incorporated Terms form part of the parties' agreement. No Client should assume that rights not expressly granted—including perpetual usage, unlimited media rights, raw footage, sublicensing, exclusivity, copyright transfer, AI training, synthetic media rights, digital replicas, or voice cloning—are included merely because Content was commissioned or paid for.

22. Intellectual property

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Emily retains ownership of original Creator Content and grants only the usage rights specifically agreed for the applicable project. No rights should be implied beyond those expressly granted. Without express authorization, original Creator Content may not be commercially republished, monetized, sublicensed, scraped, used for AI model training, used to create synthetic replicas, or materially manipulated to create statements, endorsements, experiences, or conduct that did not actually occur. Third-party trademarks, music, platform assets, brand materials, and other third-party intellectual property remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

23. No AI or synthetic endorsements

Unless Emily expressly agrees in writing, no third party receives permission to use Emily's, Saabi's, or Bruno's likeness, image, voice, movements, behavior, footage, photographs, or other identifiable characteristics to create: digital replicas; synthetic advertisements; artificial voice recordings; AI-generated endorsements; fabricated product demonstrations; model-training datasets; or simulated statements or conduct that were never actually recorded.

24. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EMILY MAKES NO INDEPENDENT WARRANTY REGARDING THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, PROVIDERS, WEBSITES, COMPANIES, TRANSACTIONS, OR RESULTS EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SHE EXPRESSLY STATES OTHERWISE. Any warranty relating to a third-party product or service is provided by the responsible manufacturer, seller, provider, or other third party.

25. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EMILY BROMBERG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM A USER'S VOLUNTARY RELIANCE UPON ENTERTAINMENT OR PERSONAL-EXPERIENCE CONTENT OR FROM A USER'S PURCHASE OR USE OF A THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE. Nothing in these Terms eliminates or limits any responsibility that applicable law does not permit to be eliminated or limited.

26. No waiver of non-waivable rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim, limit, waive, or eliminate a right, obligation, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be disclaimed, limited, waived, or eliminated. If a provision would otherwise exceed what applicable law permits, it shall apply only to the maximum extent legally enforceable.

27. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28. Acceptance of website Terms

Use of this website is subject to these Terms. Where the website requests affirmative agreement to these Terms—for example in connection with a commercial booking, submission, account, purchase, or other transaction—the person selecting the applicable acceptance mechanism confirms that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agree to be bound by them. For commercial transactions, the individual accepting the Terms on behalf of a company represents that they have authority to do so.

29. Updates

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last Updated" date displayed on the Terms page identifies the current version. A commercial engagement already governed by an earlier agreed version of these Terms will not be retroactively modified solely because the public website Terms are later updated, unless the parties validly agree otherwise.
